Developed specifically for the unique requirements of the packaging industry, Kodak THERMOFLEX platesetters help turn prepress into a controlled, digital manufacturing process. THERMOFLEX CTP systems enhance the quality of flexographic printing, reduce cycle times, and improve process control by eliminating variables in the plate manufacturing process.

The THERMOFLEX Narrow platesetter is designed for narrow web printers and trade shops, as well as can and cup decorators. It combines outstanding repeatability with production-proven reliability to deliver consistent, high-quality print and improved press performance for digital flexographic and letterpress plates. A magnetic drum option is also available for film and steel-backed flexo and letterpress plates.

The THERMOFLEX platesetter with KODAK HYPERFLEX resolution enhancement software allows platemakers to control relief depth and dot profiles, for consistent presswork and high quality printing, particularly in the highlights. Combined with KODAK PRINERGY POWERPACK workflow system, color proofing systems, and internet connectivity tools, THERMOFLEX platesetters are part of a complete solution that delivers quality, fast payback, and customer satisfaction.
